it has been almost three years since the breakup and i guess in order for both of us to move forward, we need to have our marriage declared null and void ab initio.
i told the lawyer our story yesterday and i was told that it would be extremely difficult for us to use psychological incapacity as grounds for annulment. damn i cant even pretend to be mental!
but there is still hope. we will look for technical errors, however small it may be.
